Should the management be unable to resolve the matter, details of the complaint must be notified to My Cornish Escape in writing within 28 days of the end of your holiday. Notification of any complaints received outside this period cannot be considered. If you do not tell us about your complaint promptly, it may be difficult to investigate your complaint thoroughly.
